Back & Spine Pain

Daily habits, prolonged sitting, and poor coping habits can aggravate our spinal structures. Over time, these compounding stresses can lead to more prolonged episodes of pain.

Treatment begins with relieving acute pain and supporting the body’s healing process. From there, I work to restore proper joint mobility and work with you to promote pain alleviating behaviours and avoid pain aggravating factors.

The goal is lasting change. Retraining your habits and building a more resilient body and mind that supports you through daily life.

Neck & Shoulder Pain

The neck carries significant load and is highly susceptible to tension from stress, screen use, and sustained posture. Left unaddressed, tightness in this area can restrict movement and contribute to headaches, referred pain, and reduced function.

I focus on identifying the source of restriction, whether muscular, joint-related, or habitual, and apply hands-on treatment to release tension, restore range of motion, and improve alignment through the cervical spine and shoulders.

With consistent care and corrective strategies, you regain comfort and mobility in movements you rely on every day.

Sports Injuries

With over 15 years of personal experience in hockey, rugby, football, and powerlifting, I understand the physical demands athletes face.
